When you use our website or book an appointment, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, and phone number
• Account information, if you create a customer account (including your login email)
• Appointment and booking details — service selected, artist, date, and time
• Payment-related information — the amount charged, payment type (deposit, full payment, or remaining balance), payment method, and status. We do not store your full card number; card payments are processed directly by our payment provider, Square (see below)
• Reviews you choose to submit about your appointment
• A profile photo, if you choose to upload one
• Notes you add to a booking, and communications you send us (such as contact form messages)
• Standard website/technical information that any website receives as part of normal operation, such as your browser type and general request information from our hosting provider

We use the information above to:

• Create and manage your account, and let you book, reschedule, or cancel appointments
• Process deposits, payments, and — where applicable — refunds
• Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and related communications
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Display approved reviews on our website
• Operate our Royal Rewards program, for accounts where it applies
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of our website

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run our website and business. Each only receives the information it needs to do its job:

• Square — processes payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay). Your payment/card details are handled directly by Square, not stored on our servers.
• Supabase — provides the database, account login (authentication), and file storage that power our website, including where profile and gallery images are securely stored.
• Resend — delivers the transactional emails we send you, such as booking confirmations, reminders, and account-related emails.
• Vercel — hosts our website.

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including role-based access controls that limit who can see what within our systems (for example, only you and authorized staff can view your own appointment and payment details), secure password handling through our authentication provider, and encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website. No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active, or as reasonably needed to provide our services, maintain accurate business and appointment records, comply with applicable legal or tax obligations, and resolve any disputes. If you'd like us to delete your account information, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to any records we're required to keep.

You can:

• Review and update your name, phone number, email, password, and profile photo from your account
• Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it
• Choose whether to create an account at all — you can book as a guest without one
• Contact us with any privacy question or concern, at any time

Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
