Refund & Cancellation Policy

A 25% deposit is required to secure every paid appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. It holds your time on Royal Rose Beauty LLC's calendar and compensates our artist for reserving that appointment slot for you.

You may reschedule your own appointment online at any time up until 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Once your appointment is less than 24 hours away, online self-service rescheduling is no longer available.

If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact us directly — we're happy to see what we can do, but it can't be guaranteed.

You're welcome to cancel an appointment, but doing so does not refund your 25% deposit. Cancelling an appointment never automatically triggers a refund of any kind — any refund is a manual decision made by our team after reviewing the circumstances.

If you chose to pay for your service in full at booking, an amount equal to 25% of the service price is treated exactly like the deposit above: non-refundable.

The remaining amount — the portion you paid above that 25% deposit-equivalent — may be considered for a refund, depending on the circumstances of your cancellation and our review. We do not guarantee that this remaining amount will always be refunded; it is evaluated case by case.

If you don't show up for your appointment, your 25% deposit (or deposit-equivalent, for a paid-in-full booking) is not refundable.

Refunds are never issued automatically — not by cancelling an appointment, and not by any other self-service action. Every refund is reviewed and, when appropriate, manually processed by our team. If you believe you're owed a refund, please reach out to us and we'll take a look.
