By using Royal Rose Beauty LLC's website, you agree to use it for its intended purpose — browsing our services and booking appointments — and not to misuse it in any way, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation, access accounts or data that aren't yours, or submit false or fraudulent information.

When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate contact information (name, email, and phone number) so we can confirm your appointment and reach you if needed. You're responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You may book as a guest, or create an account to manage your appointments, reviews, and (where applicable) Royal Rewards balance in one place.

Service prices are displayed on our website and are subject to change. A 25% deposit is required to secure most paid appointments; you may also choose to pay in full at booking where that option is offered. Deposits and payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Square.

Full details on deposits, refunds, and what happens when you cancel or don't show up are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You may reschedule your own appointment online until 24 hours before your scheduled time; after that, online self-service rescheduling is unavailable and you'll need to contact us directly. Cancelling an appointment does not automatically produce a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the complete policy.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

We do our best to keep accurate, up-to-date availability, but appointment slots, artists, and services are subject to change or become unavailable. We also can't guarantee our website will always be available or error-free, though we work to keep it running smoothly.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, accounts, or systems
• Submit fraudulent booking, payment, or contact information
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce our website content without permission

The content on this website — including our name, logo, photos, and written content — belongs to Royal Rose Beauty LLC and may not be used without our permission.

Our website and booking system are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep our services and information accurate and our systems secure, we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, Royal Rose Beauty LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, beyond amounts you've actually paid us for the appointment in question.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continuing to use our website or book appointments after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
